Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, sliced
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    salt and pepper
    4 slices American cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can milk (use soup can to measure)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with salt and pepper in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Place in 1-quart casserole dish. Layer next 2 ingredients over ground beef. Top with soup and milk mixed together. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Place cheese on top. Put back in oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
