Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. hot water
1 c. oil
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. yeast
Preparation

Mix all together (except yeast) and add 5 cups whole wheat flour.
Then add yeast.
Let rise for 20 minutes, then add 4 cups white flour.
If more is needed add from cup number 5.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Makes 4 big loaves or 5 small ones.
