Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves (6 if small), skinned and boned
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Del Monte Italian style stewed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. oregano or basil, crushed
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place chicken in baking dish.
Bake covered 15 to 20 minutes in preheated 425\u00b0 oven.
Drain.
Combine tomatoes, cornstarch and oregano in saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.
Pour heated tomatoes over chicken.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes.
Serves 4.
