Yankee Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 (1 lb.) cans dark red kidney beans
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    grated Cheddar
Preparation
    In skillet brown chuck with onion, cloves and pepper.
    Drain fat.
    Add other ingredients.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
