Sour Cream Apple Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. chopped nuts
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. peeled, chopped apples

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and margarine. Blend at low speed until crumbly; stir in nuts.
Press 2 3/4 cups of crumbs into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
