Cheddary Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 to 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 tsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted and divided
1/2 c. bread crumbs or crushed corn bread stuffing mix
Preparation

In a bowl thoroughly mix corn, egg, milk, cheese, flour, sugar and 1 tablespoon butter.
Pour into buttered 1-quart casserole dish.
Toss crumbs with remaining 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle over.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until pudding is firm, about 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
