Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 unbeaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Grease and flour an angel food cake pan.
Pare and slice apples. Mix cinnamon, flour and sugar; sprinkle over apples. Blend remaining ingredients.
Layer batter and apples with last layer being apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
