Jello Pudding Dietetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour (self-rising)
    1/4 c. shortening or margarine
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    Sweet 'N Low to equal 3/4 c. sugar
    1 box sugarless Jell-O (any flavor)
    1/2 box vanilla sugarless pudding
    D-Zerta (for topping)
Preparation
    Reserve 1/2 teaspoon Jell-O dry for topping.
    Follow normal method for mixing cake, adding Jell-O and pudding last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.
    Bake in small 7 or 8-inch cake pan.
    Cool completely; put on topping.
