German Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs, added one at a time
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and eggs well.
    Add the flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa and vanilla (dry mixture).
    Gradually add milk. Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Grease pan well.
