Swedish Cream(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cream, heated
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. gelatin, dissolved in cold water
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Heat cream, sugar and gelatin.
Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix.
Pour into bowl or mold.
Chill.
Serve with fresh or thawed berries, raspberries, strawberries or blackberries.
