Enchilada Sauce Or Red Chile For Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips bacon
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 c. red chili powder
    2 cans chicken broth
    10 chili pods
    1 clove fresh garlic
    onion powder to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook bacon.
    Take out cooked bacon and put flour and chili powder in hot grease on low heat for a few minutes.
    Stir in 1 can of chicken broth and some water until gravy is boiling.
    Pour in blended chili peppers, along with whole garlic clove.
    Simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
    Add salt, onion powder and garlic powder to taste.
