Icebox Kolaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pkg. cake yeast
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. potato water
    1 c. warm milk
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    8 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast with part of the potato water.
    Add sugar, salt and eggs; mix real well. Add milk and Wesson oil, mixing after each addition. Add the flour.
    Mix well.
    Put in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
    When you take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll dough in small ball sizes.
    Let rise for 20 minutes. Brush with oleo.
    Use your favorite filling. Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    Remove from oven and brush with oleo.
