Homemade Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    5 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients in blender; blend at highest speed.
    With blender on at high speed, slowly drizzle salad oil in a steady stream.
    By end of adding oil, it should be thick and creamy.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes 1 cup.
