Smoked Mullet Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. smoked mullet
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. celery, finely chopped
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle, finely chopped
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Remove skin and bones from fish.
Flake fish well.
Combine all ingredients; mix well and chill at least 1 hour.
Makes approximately 3 cups spread.
Great with Wheat Thins.
