Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rice
    1/4 lb. butter
    6 c. chicken broth or hot water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter; add dry rice.
    Braise well until butter begins to bubble.
    Add broth and seasoning; mix well.
    Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Take out of oven; mix well and bake 15 minutes more.
