Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place rhubarb in buttered casserole.
Add 1/2 cup sugar.
In a bowl, blend remaining sugar, rolled oats, butter, flour and salt with a pastry blender until crumbly.
Sprinkle on top of rhubarb. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream or Cool Whip.
