Spinach Cheese Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3 eggs
    1/2 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. uncooked spinach (fresh or frozen), drained and chopped
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter on a cookie sheet.
    This greases the pan and blends into other ingredients.
    Beat eggs.
    Add flour, milk, salt and baking powder.
    Add cheese and spinach; mix well.
    Spread onto cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
    May be frozen.
    To reheat, bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
