Mexican Wedding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts, ground
    green food coloring
    powdered sugar (for coating)
Preparation
    Beat butter until fluffy.
    Add food coloring and mix well. Add remaining ingredients; mixing well.
    Shape into balls about 1-inch in diameter.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Remove from pan; roll in powdered sugar.
    Makes 4 dozen.
