Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 1/2 lb. stew meat
salt and pepper
2 c. onion, diced
2 c. celery, diced
3 Tbsp. dry Minute tapioca
2 c. carrots, diced
2 c. potatoes, diced
1 (15 oz.) Hunt's tomato sauce (special)
1 pkg. dried onion soup
2 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Place ingredients in layers in casserole dish or Dutch oven. Don't mix and don't brown meat.
Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 4 to 5 hours, covered.
