Shirley'S Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small, raw cleaned shrimp
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Saute shrimp in butter 3 to 5 minutes over low heat.
    Saute garlic, stirring often, for 1 minute.
    Add soups and stir until blended.
    Stir in sour cream and curry powder.
    Cook and stir until piping hot.
    Serve immediately with rice.
    Garlic bread goes great with this.
