Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 large onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 stick margarine
    8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbal dressing
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender; drain and mash.
    Chop onion; saute in 1/2 stick of margarine until tender.
    Add soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Melt the remaining margarine and add to the dressing crumbs.
    Put 1/2 of the dressing in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
    Mix all squash ingredients together.
    Pour on dressing.
    Spread remaining half of the dressing on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
