Ingredients

2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted shortening
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put eggs, milk and shortening into blender container.
Cover and blend on low speed until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Blend on low speed until almost smooth, stopping blender to scrape down sides, if necessary.
Yields 3 cups.
