Chewy Raisin Walnut Shortbread Bars - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c all purpose flour
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c butter or margarine
2 eggs
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 tsp baking soda
1 c chopped diamond walnuts
1 c sun maid raisins
1/2 c flaked coconut (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8 inch square pan. Combine flour and sugar using pastry blender or fork. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine meal.
