Strawberry Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Grease a 6 or 7-inch skillet lightly and heat until hot.
    Beat baking mix, milk and eggs with hand beater until smooth.
    For each crepe, pour 2 tablespoons batter into skillet.
    Rotate skillet until batter covers the bottom.
    Cook until golden brown.
    Gently loosen edge with metal spatula.
    Turn and cook on other side until golden brown.
    Stack crepes placing waxed paper between each. Keep covered to keep from drying.
