Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Blend eggs and sugar; add butter.
Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
