Confetti Coleslaw(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. coarsely shredded cabbage (about 1 lb.)
    1 large firm tomato, seeded and diced
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
    1/3 c. each sugar and vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    In bowl, combine cabbage, tomato, pepper and onions.
    In small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Cover; refrigerate 4 hours.
