Pineapple Salad(Good With Ham) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can chunk pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. self-rising flour
3 tsp. pineapple juice
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 stick butter
15 Ritz crackers
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Mix together pineapple, sugar, flour and 3 teaspoons juice.
Add cheese.
Spray a baking dish with Pam and pour in pineapple mixture.
Melt butter and add to crushed Ritz crackers.
Sprinkle on top of pineapple.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
