Ingredients

1 unsliced loaf French bread
1 (8 oz.) can (1 c.) pizza sauce
1/4 c. snipped parsley (optional)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced salami (20 slices)
4 oz. (4 slices) Mozzarella cheese, cut into strips
Preparation

Split bread in half lengthwise; toast under broiler, then spread with butter or margarine.
Spread pizza sauce on cut surfaces of bread.
Roll up salami slices jelly roll fashion; place 10 rolls on each half.
Lay cheese strips diagonally across salami.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
