German Potato-Buttercream Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    condensed or evaporated milk to moisten (if necessary)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    If mixture is too stiff, add milk.
    If mixture is too moist, add more sugar.
    If desired, add cherries, candied fruits or nuts or flavoring.
    Shape and refrigerate overnight.
    Dip in melted chocolate and decorate as desired.
