Apple Plum Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced pitted plums
4 c. pared, cored, sliced apples (tart)
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Combine 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, lemon juice, flour and 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
Add apples and plums.
Toss to coat. Place in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
