Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all together and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
