Mocha Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. chocolate syrup
2 Tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. hot water
1 c. or 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

In small bowl, mix crumbs, sugar and margarine.
In buttered 9-inch spring-form or 9 x 13-inch baking dish, pat crumbs firmly on bottom and sides and chill.
