Egg Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. mustard
12 eggs
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Whip eggs lightly.
Dot pan with margarine.
Sprinkle cheese on bottom.
Add bacon.
Combine salt and pepper, mustard and half and half.
Pour half of this mixture over cheese.
Add eggs.
Add remaining mixture of half and half and spices.
Bake about 350 degrees until set, about 40 minutes.
Serves 9-12 people.
