Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar sauerkraut, drained and squeezed
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 c. chopped pepper
1 c. chopped onion
celery seed to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and let stand overnight.
Delicious on ham, hot dogs, Swiss cheese and mustard sandwiches.
