Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fat hen
    1 pkg. egg noodles
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Stew and cut the hen into bite sized pieces.
    To the broth that the chicken has been cooked in, add the noodles, pepper, onion and celery.
    Cook until noodles are tender.
    To this, add sauce made from flour, milk and butter.
    Combine with noodle mixture the chicken, mushroom soup and the cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 12.
