Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 lb. cubed beef (1-inch)
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 medium cloves garlic, diced
    1 large can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Hungarian paprika
    2 Tbsp. hot paprika
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    pinch of basil
    pinch of ginger
    2 small cans mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Melt the butter and brown onion, garlic and beef.
    Add the tomato sauce, spices, mushrooms and 1 cup water.
    Simmer and stir occasionally for 2 hours.
    Add 1/2 cup water and flour to thicken.
    Serve over egg noodles.
