Ice Cream In A Can - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 c. milk
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. fruit (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 1-pound can that has a plastic lid.
    Put this 1-pound can into a 3-pound can (which also has a plastic lid).
    Layer ice cream salt and crushed ice in the empty space between the cans.
    Put the lid on the large can. Roll the can back and forth between 2 people for 10 minutes.
