Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless round steak
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 can tomato soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Cut round steak into small thin strips. Brown round steak, garlic and onions in small amount of oil; add mushrooms. Stir in tomato soup until well blended. Stir in sour cream and simmer for one hour.
