Busy Day Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can onion soup
    2 lb. stew meat
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 small bottle Russian dressing
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Mix preserves and Russian dressing until smooth and creamy. Add soup mix and stir over a very low flame until well blended. Do not boil.
    Pour over chicken and bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Baste often.
