Microwave Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (5-oz.) baking potatoes
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1-1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. Browning and seasoning sauce
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut each potato into 8 wedges.
    Combine water and next 4 ingredients in an 8-inch square baking dish.
    Add potato wedges, tossing to coat.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave at high 8 minutes of until tender, stirring after 4 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes and salt.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
    Low fat recipe.
