Potato And Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium-sized potatoes
    2 medium-sized onions
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Shred potatoes, onions and cheese and mix together in casserole dish.
    Beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper.
    Add egg mixture to potato mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 hour.
