Tater-Topped Casserole(Is A Wonderful Potluck Dinner Item) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained (may substitute any vegetable you desire)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Tater Tots or 2 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation

Brown ground beef and pour off excess fat.
Put meat in casserole.
Spread vegetables over meat.
Spread soup on top vegetables.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Top with potatoes. Season each layer as desired (I use garlic powder).
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
