Eazy Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    4 white potatoes, diced
    5 c. water
    1 c. clams
    2 c. powdered milk
    4 tsp. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    6 strips bacon
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in oil until tender. Add potatoes and 4 cups water. Simmer 15 minutes. Add clams. Mix powdered milk with 1 cup water in separate bowl. Add milk, butter and salt to clam mixture. Pour into ovenproof dish. Garnish with bacon. Serve hot.
