John Mozetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. marjoram
    pepper to taste
    1 can tomato soup
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) or more jar sliced mushrooms
    1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
    thin slices processed cheese (I use Velveeta)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
Preparation
    Put a tablespoon or so of oil (can be olive oil) or drippings in heavy skillet.
    Heat and then add ground beef; cook until lightly browned.
    Add onion, green pepper and seasonings and continue cooking until vegetables are tender.
    Add soup and tomatoes; simmer for 15 or 20 minutes.
    Add water chestnuts. Check seasonings.
    You may prefer to add a little more garlic powder, pepper, etc.
