Pineapple Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple, drained
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick butter
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Make 2 cake layers and split to make four layers.
    Put filling between and on top of layers.
    Soaks in good.
