Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken or 5 breast halves, cooked and boned
    1 can French-cut green beans
    1 box Uncle Ben's curried rice or 1 box long grain wild rice
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 jar pimentos
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice in 2 1/2 cups chicken broth for 20 minutes.
    Add onion and cook 5 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into large casserole dish.
    Cover top with 1 stack of Ritz crackers mixed with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
