Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can or 2 1/2 c. cling peach slices, drained
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. flavor
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Place peach slices in bottom of 1-quart casserole.
    Mix brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and salt.
    Pour over peaches.
    Sift together remaining dry ingredients, cut in shortening.
    Add milk to make soft dough and mix slightly.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls on top of peaches.
    Bake in preheated oven until browned.
