Sponge Cake (Small) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Add salt to egg whites and beat until stiff. Beat egg yolks until stiff.
Add sugar, gradually beating.
Add lemon juice and beat once more.
Fold in egg whites and flour.
Do not beat.
Pour in ungreased pan.
Bake 1 hour.
Cool before removing from pan.
