Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1 can diced tomatoes
    2 to 3 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute for about 5 minutes in oil the cabbage, onion, pepper and celery.
    After sauteing for 5 minutes, add tomatoes, sugar and salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook slowly for about 15 to 20 minutes.
