Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

9 to 10 medium size apples
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 c. apple cider
1 c. light brown sugar
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. sweet butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 2-quart casserole.
Peel, core and thinly slice apples.
Place in dish; drizzle with honey.
Add cider.
Mix sugar, flour and spices in small bowl.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle over apples. Cover casserole with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
